In the early years traditional hydraulic system incorporating fixed speed motors, high pressure pumps were the norm which most builders are still providing.
The I-PRESS® SERVO HYDRO press and automation control manages our fluid management system from servo motor, high pressure pump, manifold mounted dual safety valves.
Press frames are heat-treated after welding. Slide is guided by eight (8) point taper wedge slide guides with high compression bronze liners. Upper and lower hydraulic ejectors can be individually controlled via the I-PRESS® control.
